Health & Wellness Session with Urban Cohesion Hub

Today, we were honored to host doctors and mental health specialists from the Urban Cohesion Hub at Serve & Care Foundation. They conducted an informative session on physical and mental health, where our students learned about health management, self-care, and mental well-being.

The doctors also assessed the mental health of our students and helped them understand how to care for both body and mind.
