Mental Health in our curriculum
Our super awesome teachers are dedicated to nurturing not just young minds, but also their well-being. That’s why we’ve integrated Stress Management and Meditation into our regular curriculum for our young learners! This is a small step towards holistic education, addressing not just academic growth but also the well-being of our students 🧘♂️💆♀️
Now, as part of their daily routine, our kids are learning valuable skills to stay calm, focused, and resilient. We believe these skills are essential for success in school and in life.
